Application field

    XHK4000 floatation reagent(chemical) feeding autocontrol system is second generation product of Xinhai Electromechanics Testing& Control Company, which is widely used in dosing control of floatation reagent feeding for ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral and coal. By this way, the unstable recovery of mineral caused by the inaccurate reagent dosing of the manual operation can be avoided.

Characteristic

The stability of liquid level in the reagent box can be controlled by valve to ensure the stalbe flow when the magnet valve starts.
There is filter cloth on the feeding reagent box back and forth, which can stop the gruffs from entering the magnet valve to ensure the high reliability.
The control point of feeding reagent can be 128 points, which meets the need of complex selecting of various mineral in large-scale plant.
The reagent amount of every point is 0~1000ml/min, which is applied in definite quantity feeding for various flotation.
The good human-computer interface can complete the flow mark, setup and modify.

 

This system can pre-setup many reagent feeding scheme accordong to the different mineral and capacity.
Single feeding-point per tour , cumulative feeding accounting, reagent amount classified accounted, report can be printed.  
The error between automatic feeding and actual measurement is less than 3%, which is better than accuracy of manual work adding.
If necessary, every reagent feeding point can setup upper and lower limit to avoid changing the parameter.
The bar chart and trend drawing of every output point helps the technician to analyse and adjust the index.
By checkup the liquid level of the reagent box, it has alarm function when it lacks reagent.
This system adopts open and standard structure, which is convenient to connect with the local-area network of the company.

Scheme

PLC,acted as the control core of the lower computer, can realize remote control.And the electromagnet control valve serves as the power unit of reagent feeding.  Discontinuous feeding is carried out based on the principle of small hole cutoff and the reagent is continus and stable by adding flow bumper. Upper computer is the platform of modifying the the parameter, calculating and output data. And it can be connected with companys local-area network,which is convenient to concentrated managing and controlling. This system can also be used as sub system in the automatic control system of ore dressing workshop. The reagent amount can be adjusted automatically accroding to the input amount of slurry and liquid level, so the floatation index will be kept in the optimal scope.

Ore dressing index is stable, the recovery of mineral can be improved more than 2%.
