Application field

    The autocontrol system is Xinhai advanced product and to be used in the opening and closed crushing & screening circuit of the mineral plant for common or noble metal, nonmetal, architectural material, chemical and coal. It will provide the overall special management and operation plan for the customers.

Function

    Starting or stopping the all equipments orderly is controlled only by one key. The data are automatically collected, recorded and displayed and the running status is inspected during the devices running. The startup and stopping order will be displayed on the panel.
    The control parameters can be modified and the equipment damages will be reduced farthest during running.
    The crusher feeding quantity is controlled by intelligence expert system and the crushing circuit is optimized to keep the running stabilization.
    The soft starter is used for motor in order to reduce the power consume and protect power supply.
    The communication and interaction between the manager and operator is realized by the sound and light alarm.
     The material level auto-monitor inspects the current ore quantity in the fine ore bin and sends the data to the computer for the working plan.

Components

    The friendly interface would display the realistic processing flowsheet, data list and warning information.
    The computer directly drives the executor such as transducer and softer driver.
    The electromagnetic remover and metal detector are used for avoiding the fine crusher damage.
    The autocontrol system is a network configuration and will be managed together and operated dispersedly.
    The perfect security and alarm method would ensure the safety of the person and machine.
    The consummate configuration and opening standard system structure support various prevalent bus, PLC, self-service instrument, transducer and collecting module, etc. The system is expediently extended.
